We accept all product returns up to 7 days after receipt of goods. The returned products must be new, in perfect condition and complete with original tags attached. Used or customer damaged items cannot be refunded.

If you need to return an item, simply notify us at with your order details and we will email the return address details to you. Please include your name and order number with the returned package, and the package should be declared as a returned goods.

We strongly recommend that you return items via Registered Mail so that you have proof of dispatch in case an item is lost. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. On receipt of the returned item(s) in accordance to our return policy, we will re-credit you with a full refund (excluding delivery charges and any applicable taxes). Depending on your credit card provider, it may take up to 10 working days for the credited funds to be reflected in your account.
